Washington Children's Book Awards
Each year, all Discovery students have an opportunity to join students throughout the Northwest to vote for their favorite picture or chapter book. Students in grades K-3 will hear each of the 20 picture book nominees. Students in grades 3 - 6 reading chapter books must read at least two of the selected titles to be eligible to vote. These awards are a great honor to the authors because they are chosen by their audience - KIDS!
